Your history & goals
Discuss how long you have been trying, cycle patterns, previous pregnancies or evaluations, current medicines and what you would like help with.
Fertility care
A compassionate place to discuss fertility and preconception questions, with timely evidence-based evaluation and specialist care encouraged.
Fertility & reproductive wellness
Infertility is commonly defined by the inability to achieve pregnancy after 12 months of regular, unprotected intercourse. Factors may involve either partner or remain unexplained, so the experience should never be framed as one person’s fault.
Shreegarbha Ayurved is presented as a fertility and lifestyle clinic. An Ayurvedic consultation can be discussed as one part of care, but it does not replace reproductive evaluation or assisted reproductive treatment when indicated.
No consultation, therapy, medicine or lifestyle change can guarantee pregnancy or a particular outcome.

A patient-centred consultation
An individual appointment may explore relevant history and questions. Tests and treatment decisions should be made with appropriately qualified clinicians.
Discuss how long you have been trying, cycle patterns, previous pregnancies or evaluations, current medicines and what you would like help with.
Ask about nutrition, daily routines, sleep, stress support and existing conditions. Changes should fit your medical needs and not delay testing.
Clarify what the clinic can offer, whether a gynecologist or fertility specialist should be involved, and when to follow up.
PCOS / PCOD-related questions
PCOS can affect ovulation and may be associated with reproductive and metabolic features. A clinician can help clarify what is happening, whether PCOS is present and what options are appropriate. A single symptom, scan or supplement cannot answer every question.
Explore women’s healthBoth partners matter
Fertility concerns may involve male, female, combined or unexplained factors. When relevant, discuss evaluation of both partners rather than placing responsibility on one person.
Read the infertility guideWhen to consult
Common guidance recommends an evaluation after 12 months of trying when the female partner is under 35, and after 6 months at age 35 or older. Seek advice sooner if there are irregular or absent periods, a known condition, previous pelvic treatment or another concern.
Time-sensitive fertility options may be available through conventional fertility services. An Ayurvedic consultation should not be used to postpone appropriate investigation, fertility medication, surgery or assisted reproductive care.
If you are over 40 or have a known condition that may affect fertility, consider prompt assessment with a qualified fertility specialist.
Please do not send medical records through the public enquiry form or WhatsApp.
Fertility questions
There is no responsible basis to promise that Ayurveda cures infertility. An Ayurvedic consultation may be discussed as complementary support, but should not replace timely fertility evaluation or evidence-based care.
Tell both clinicians about all medicines, therapies and supplements. Coordinated care can help identify possible interactions and prevent delays; do not change a prescribed fertility plan without the treating specialist.
Public listings mention Panchakarma, but specific procedures and current availability have not been verified for this website. Contact the clinic before booking a procedure and ask for an individual suitability assessment.
